Community is the center of who we are. We’re always looking for ways to partner and expand our service network to serve the people of Macomb County. Though rigid, our application process sets the tone for our dedication to ensuring that our community’s needs are met at every turn. Prior to reviewing our partnership opportunities, current providers and aspiring providers are encouraged to evaluate the Michigan’s Mental Health Code, Medicaid Manual, our Procurement Policy 3-020, as well as the Audit Content and Timetable Policy 3-001 requirements to certify or recertify their qualifications as a provider.
Once certified, complete our Provider Application, W-9 form and check out our current partnership opportunities below!
You can talk with the Network Operations Department by emailing networkopertaions@mccmh.net calling our Administration office at 586-469-5275 and requesting to speak with a team member.
